2015 in Review: Business Missions. Moldova

The last business mission of 2015 took place in Moldova. Towards the end of September, a delegation of Lithuanian businesspeople and members of the Eastern Europe Partnership and Investment Association (REPIA) set off to Chișinău.

Here, the delegation not only attended business meetings and conferences, and familiarised itself with Moldovian market specifics, but also attended a B2B sector-oriented exhibition Moldexpo. BonusSocius had its booth in the business fair and therefore had the chance to present our eastern neighbours with the specifics and subtleties of Lithuanian business in great detail.

B2B Expo business forum was being held in Moldova for the third time, aiming to develop a business collaboration platform both within the country and across its borders. This year the exhibition was attended by over 2800 business specialists, including participants from Romania, Italy, Germany, Spain, and, of course, Lithuania.

“We are happy to not only be able to participate in events of such magnitude and share our experience but to also get to observe traditions and progress of business in other cultures. There’s room for improvement, we can see a lot of untapped potential for partnerships and investments, and that’s why we are looking forward to the next year and new business missions,” said Laimis Jančiūnas, the president of BonusSocius.

The trip was organized by the Eastern European Partnership and Investment Association (REPIA)
